Class Description

This class is a fusion between barre and pilates and is divided into two halves.

1st Half - Standing Series

Grace meets strength in Her Sculpt – a modern mat experience designed to refine every line. This low-impact, light resistance, high-precision class uses Bala props – including Power Ring, ankle weights and 3lbs hand weights. Every move is designed to activate deep stabilizing muscles while improving posture and control.

HR (Heart Rate) Target Zone: 55%-75%

2nd Half - Mat Series

The second half moves down to the mat, where controlled, Pilates-inspired sequences awaken the core and restore length and mobility through the spine. Expect to learn how to control your movements, maintaining good form and working from a strong core.

Unlike creating bulky and stiff sets of muscles in our body, we focus on building strong, well-balanced and flexible feminine physique. We do not need a great deal of equipment and heavy weight to improve our strength and flexibility. Quite the opposite, all we need is a barre and a light set of hand weights.

MOBILITY

We work in different planes of motion, we use unilateral movements and we focus not only on the superficial but also the deep muscles to improve our posture and enjoy a mobile, pain-free body.
