This class is a fusion between barre and pilates and is divided into two halves.
1st Half- Barre
Low-impact barre exercises which strengthen our body through tiny movements, isolated holds, and dynamic stretching. It is fitness inspired rather than a ballet influenced class, so no previous dance experience is required. We use the ballet barre and a light set of weights to create a long and lean feminine physique. HR (Heart Rate) Target Zone: 55%-75%
2nd Half- Pilates
Mat pilates exercises to mobilize our spine and improve our posture. Using pilates props to facilitate, we learn how to control our movements, maintain good form and work from a strong core.

This is where you will probably see the first change in your body… Barre inspired exercises tailor more defined, lean and long muscles.
Unlike creating bulky and stiff sets of muscles in our body, we focus on building strong, well-balanced and flexible feminine physique. We do not need a great deal of equipment and heavy weight to improve our strength and flexibility. Quite the opposite, all we need is a barre and a light set of hand weights.
The poor physical condition many of us find ourselves in today, comes from muscle imbalances. The goal of our classes is to balance our body.
We work in different planes of motion, we use unilateral movements and we focus not only on the superficial but also the deep muscles to improve our posture and enjoy a mobile, pain-free body.
