This class gives you the shortlisted top-notch exercises for cardio, strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and coordination, all in one full circuit. With longer intervals, this is a unique approach to circuit training.

The choice of exercises are strategically matched to the duration of the intervals such that you can challenge yourself, yet not bring your body to exhaustion or compromise on your technique and cause injuries. The format of the class is well planned and tested multiple times in order to create the perfect balance between intensity levels and intervals length.
